This is just an elaboration to help you understand more:
To find out how many books can be produced in 11 days, you need to find out how many can be produced in 1 day, hence 2400/3.
2400/3=800 (How many notebooks produced in 1 day)
You then take 800 and multiply it with 11 (the amount of days)

They can produce 8,800 notebooks in 11 days. To solve this, you make this a unit rate.
2,400 notebooks
÷
3 days =
800.
800 notebooks
×
11 days = 8,800
