The answer is “a command economy” which is given in letter “a”. Stalin’s five-year plan was made to increase the economy of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). This was done from 1928 until 1932. Even if the plan was to make sure that the economy would boom, there were problems encountered which were also expected due to the unreasonable quotas allocated for industrialization.
