expand the brackets to

6w-21=3
add 21 to both sides
6w=24
divide both sides by 6
w=4

so the answer is w=4

So to commence off we are going to simplify both sides of the equation:
3(2w−7)=3
(Distribute) (3)(2w)+(3)(−7)=3
6w+−21=3
6w−21=3
Next we are going to integrate 21 to both sides:
6w−21+21=3+21
6w=24
The final step is to divide both of the sides by 6:
6w/6=24/6
Your answer is:
w=4
