In the 1930s, how did songs such as “Brother, Can You Spare a Dime?” and “Dust Bowl Blues” express the human experience?

They expressed the human experience by singing and writing about the real troubles people were going through at the time. The Great Depression and Dust Clouds all over the mid-west made it hard to grow crops. People were poor and needed money and were unable to grow food due to the so called "Dust Bowl"
