we have equation

6x^2-60=-9x

6x^2 + 9x - 60 = 0

here constant is = -60

coefficient of x^2 is 6

and coefficient of x is 9

for factors we just multiply the coefficient x^2 and constant .

so , 6 x -60 = -360

now we factor the -360, in order to that when me add the two factor we should have 9

so,

-360 = 24 x - 15

so on adding 24 + (-15 ) = 24 - 15 = 9 (cross check)

so we did right factor of -360

now,

6x^2 + 24x - 15x - 60 = 0

take common 6x

6x(x + 4) - 15(x + 4 ) = 0

(x +4 ) (6x - 15) = 0

also we can take 3 common from 6x - 15 ,

6x - 15 = 3 (2x - 5)

so the factorS ARE

(x+4)(3(2x-5))

3(x+4)(2x-5)

so the answer is 3(x+4)(2x -5)
