((4)/(7) )^(3) =(4^(3))/(7^(3))= (64)/(343)

therefore

the answer part a) is equal to


(64)/(343)

Part b)
(6xyz)/(2xz)


(6xyz)/(2xz)= ((2xz)(3y))/(2xz) = 3y

therefore

the answer Part b) is equal to
