So we need to take half of 18. This is the same as dividing by 2! 18/2 equals 9! So 9 people!

If you would like to know how many people are going to Langdale, you can calculate this using the following steps:
18 people
half of them: 18/2 = 9 people
Result: 9 people are going to Langdale.
