The correct answer is:

The Arabian peninsula is located in southwest Asia bounded by the Persian/Arabian Gulf to the east and the Red Sea to the west. It is highly known by it's large petroleum production. It has fertile areas but not all along, the center areas are dry and non productive. The Red Sea doesn't limitate the whole peninsula just a part of it.
