Explanation:

\tt{4 {x}^(2) + 7x - 3 - (2 {x}^(2) + 3x - 1)}

While subtracting , the sign of each and every term of second expression changes.

\tt{4 {x}^(2) + 7x - 3 - 2 {x}^(2) - 3x + 1}

Combine like terms. Like terms are those which have the same base. Only coefficients of like terms can be added or subtracted.

\tt{4 {x}^(2) - 2 {x}^(2) + 7x - 3x - 3 + 1}

\tt{2 {x}^(2) + 4x - 2}

\red{ \boxed{ \boxed{ \tt{Our \: final \: answer : \boxed{ \underline{ \tt{ \: 2 {x}^(2) + 4x - 2}}}}}}}

Hope I helped ! ツ

Have a wonderful day / night ! ♡
