HELP!!

Ihe free-fall distance for Earth is given by the formula D= 4.9 * T squared, where D is distance in meters and T is time in seconds. How long would it take a package dropped from a plane flying at 8,300 meters to land on the ground?

The question gives you the formula to use, and then it gives you
the number to put into the formula.

-- Take the formula.

-- Write 8300 in place of ' D '.

-- Divide each side by 4.9 .

-- Take the square root of each side.

Then it will say (answer in seconds) = T .
