Standard Form: 8x + 4y = 16
Slop-Intercept Form: y = -2x + 4
Steps:
8x + 4y = 16
subtract 8x from both sides of the equation
4y = -8x + 16
divide 4 from both sides of the equation
y = -2x + 4
