The correct Punnett square is the second, with the traits

T,T and t,t.

Your Four Gene Codes in the Punnet square would be

Tt,Tt,Tt,Tt.

How I am able to remember this is by the words Homozygous and Heterozygous, I learned the trick to them awhile ago.

Homo= Same

Hetero= Not The Same
