Girls to boys at concert 2:7 . 250 more girls than boys, how many boys

The Girls:Boys ratio of 7:2 means that there are 7 girls for every boy.
As there are 250 more girls this relates to the 7-2 part of the ratio.
We can then divide 250 by 5 and multiply by 2 to get the number of boys as 100 boys
