I believe it would be 25 hours because you have to divide 450 and 18 ( which equals 25 ) which would give you the answer.

We know that

S. Harlow can bicycle at a rate of 18 miles per hour. To find out how many hours it will take him to bike 450 miles we need to use division.

450
÷ 18 = 25

It will take him 25 hours.
