The first one is a lapse of time of 5hr and 5min the second one is a lapse of time of 5hr and 10min the third is a lapse of 5hrs and the last one is a lapse of 4hr and 45min. So the answer would be the second one!

The "
10:15 a.m. to 3:25 p.m
." one. It means 5 hours and 10 minutes of elapsed time.
