There are many factors which leads to mental disorders and most of the time, two or more of these factors usually work together. A single case of mental disorder can be traced to two, three or more causal factors. The factors that bring about mental disorders are genetic factors, biological factors, psychological factors, environmental factors and traumatic experiences and situations.
