Answer: a. During the wet season, savannas receive little rain.

Step-by-step explanation:

Savannas are the tropical grasslands which are dominated with warm and dry climatic conditions. The region is dominated with the diversity of shrubs and few grass species. These biomes are found near the edge of the rainforests in the tropical regions. It experiences warm temperatures year around but also exhibit distinction in seasons. It exhibit a very long dry winter season and a warm harsh summer season which receives very little rainfall. As a result of this the vegetation cover is scanty like deserts and plants exhibit special adaptations to prevent the loss of water.
