Yes it is becuase there are two digits ( a 4 and a 3) and then it is odd because It's last number is odd (the 3)
The odd numbers it could end in include 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9.
So the answer is yes

Yes. The '4' and the '3' are its two digits, and the '3' in the last place
identifies it as an odd number (not evenly divisible by 2).
