The answer is C.

∴Explanation
4 sports stamps & 2 holiday stamps
president stamps = 4 x holiday stamps

1) So we first find the president stamps
president stamps = 4 x 2 = 8

2) Then we add all the stamps together
sports stamps + holiday stamps + president stamps = 4 + 2 +8 = 14

Done!
So it's C
