130 grams. Since 8 is in the tens place, it can be rounded off to a 10, but because it is already 128 grams, we round it off to 130

The answer is 128.4
< 5 the same number ex: 128.347 rounds to 128.3
> 5 round up ex: 128.389 rounds to 128.4
