The blue bottle because
The blue bottle can hold 2 cups+4 fluid ounces= 1.25 pints, while the red bottle can only hold 1 pint.

The blue bottle has more water because one pint is equivalent to two cups. If you add the extra 4 fluid ounces, the red bottle will clearly have more total ounces.
