i think the answer is c because many presidents get elected if they are above the 20% margin they be in the 40% margin to get elected so i belive the answer is c

I think the answer is d because a candidate must get 51% of the votes in order to be president and the president you described sounds very unpopular and will most likely not get reelected do to his/her lack of popularity.
