Anton defines an acute angle as an angle that is not obtuse. is antons definition valid?

Acute angles are angles that measure less than 90 degrees. Obtuse angles are angles that measure more than 90 degrees. However, there are other types of angles. Take a right angle for example. It measures exactly 90 degrees, therefore it is neither obtuse or acute. So, Anton's definition cannot be valid - there are still other angles that are not obtuse that don't qualify as acute, either.
