The answer would be B, 5 left, 5 down. The reason behind this is that x coordinates increase as you move to the right and decrease as you move to the left. The same is true with y coordinates and up and down respectively.

So if the vertex moved from x=11 to x=6, then the x coordinate decreased, so it moved to the left by 5 (11 - 6 = 5).

Also if the vertex moved from y=9 to y=4, then the y coordinate also decreased, so it moved downward by 5 (9 - 4 = 5).
