The railroad trust was created by J.P Morgan, James J. Hill, J.D Rockfeller, and their other associates which granted them the right over Northern Pacific Railway, Great Northern Railway, and other associated lines which basically give them a huge economic power in Northern America

In 1902, the Justice Department under Theodore Roosevelt filed the first anti-trust cases against corporate interest, creating opportunities for other business to develop
