negative is smallest so 4/5 is smallest
then comparre 5/6 to 7/9
make bottom number same
5/6 times 3/3=15/18
7/9 times 2/2=14/18
comare 15/18 to 14/18
15/18>14/19
therefor 7/9<5/6
order is
-4/5, 7/9, 5/6
