B. because 100% of 10 is 10, u have 60 which is 6 times that, so 100%*6 which =
600%
but it's the change, not just that, and the change is 50, so 500%

percent means parts out of 100
x%=x/100
find change
10 to 60=50 (60-10=50)
percent change=change/originla
original=10
change=50
50/10=x%
5/1=x/100
multiply both sides by 100
500=x
answer is 500%
