I believe that the question had three options:
1)minimize benefits -Sue would definitely not do this, as it would be actually bad for her!
2)maximize satisfaction - this is the correct answer! Consumers tend to maximize their satisfaction
3)increase marginal costs - this is something that the producer could do, not a consumer.
