Given the angle (5pi/3 )

The given angle lies in the fourth quadrant

Which is the intersection between the ray and the unit circle

The intersection is the point :

((1)/(2),-\frac{\sqrt[]{3}}{2})

Cos (5pi/3) = the x-coordinate = 1/2

sin (5pi/3) = the y-coordinate = -(√3)/2
