2x - the first and the smallest even integer
2x+2 - the second even integer
2x+4 - the third even integer

2x+2x+2+2x+4=2 \cdot 2 x-48 \\ 6x+6=4x-48 \\ 2x=-54 \\ \\ 2x=-54 \\ 2x+2=-54+2=-52 \\ 2x+4=-54+4=-50

These three consecutive even integers are -54, -52 and -50.
