Fair Labor standards act was an act passed in 1938 that was in favor of the employees, creating a minimum wage right for them. Mostly all the companies work on this pattern and no one can be denied the standard minimum wage. This act also includes the overtime pay, which pays more money to employees working more than 40 hours a week.

Hence, For all jobs, the rate will be set by a minimum specified in Fair Labor standards act is true.
