The distance from (0,1) to (0,6) is 5 units.
The area of a triangle is
Area = bh/2
10 = 5b/2
20 = 5b
b = 4

The distance of the base is 4 units. So, from (0,1) count 4 units to the right but on the same y coordinate.

So the point is in (4, 1).
