Its the two digits in 100 that helps you so it would be,
.38
Because the two zeros in 100 arent a number so you would put 38 in place where the two zeros would be.

3.125 to find a decimal form u can do long division which is u have to do big number divide by small I HOPE THIS HELPS:)
