This is simple.

=
3(3)/(5) ÷
4(1)/(2)
change the mixed fractions to improper ones.

(18)/(5) ÷
(9)/(2)
Multiply
(18)/(5) by the reciprocal of
(9)/(2) which is
(2)/(9)

=
(18)/(5) ×
(2)/(9)
=
(36)/(45)

Since it can be simplified further, we get the answer

(4)/(5)

How?
There is a common multiple 9

(36/9)/(45/9)
=
(4)/(5)
Answer= B.
(4)/(5)
