y = -x² + 2x + 1

x = (-b)/(2a)

x = (-2)/(2(-1))

x = (-2)/(-2)

x = 1

y = -x² + 2x + 1
y = -(1)² + 2(1) + 1
y = -1 + 2 + 1
y = 1 + 1
y = 2
(x, y) = (1, 2)
