200. You look at the number in the tenths place. If it is above 5, you round up one, and if it is less than 5, you leave it/you round down. 7 is greater than 5, so you add one to the hundreds place.

First of all you need to know were the hundreds place is. The hundreds place is where the 1 is. (The 7 is the tens place. The 8 is the ones place.)
178 = 200
