The others make logical sense not this.

Swimming CAN help with coordination but not directly. principle of specificity needs to be more exact

C. bicycling to build leg strength. It is the most general activity among the four choices. Although it says to build leg strength it is not so specific for what activity it will be used for. The other choices were more specific in their goals.
