The length of the rectangle is 16 inches and the width is 7 inches. What is the perimeter of the figure? Use 3.14 to approximate pi.
Perimeter of the rectangle = 2L + 2W
C =2 π r
C = 2 * 3.14 * L/2
Perimeter of the figure = L + 2W + C/2
