ANSWER AND EXPLANATION:

Debra is mistaken because even though they are two lines, the is no continuous relationship in the graph, remembering that a function can take just one value for the image corresponding to the domain.

Antoine is mistaken, too, because even though I can write an equation for a line, there is no relationship between both lines in the graph.
