DHSMV, stands for the Department of Highway, Safety and Motor Vehicles. These divisions work together to make sure that the laws are being followed when it comes to the types of vehicles driving, the safety of them and those inside, and highway cleanliness and safety for those driving on the roads. It is important for the highways and vehicles to be in safe conditions for those driving on the road to limit the amount of unwanted accidents.
