Its A:
(5)/(7)=
(25)/(35)
because
(5*5)/(7*5)=
(25)/(35)
the others do not have a common number multiplied in the numerator and denominator.
Note: If the numerator and Denominator are multiplied by the same number, it is proportional.
In this example, it was multiplied by 5
