you would just divide 4 by 2 so 4 divided by 2 would =2.
Then you would 6+2 which would = 8
So your answer is.......8

6 + 4 ÷ 2
The "order of operations" (which you learned a long time ago
if you're in high school now) says that division should be done
before addition.
So do the division: 4 ÷ 2 = 2
Now you have 6 + 2
Now do the addition: 6 + 2 =
8
