That is low in Carbohydrates
When we eat carbohydrates, our digestive system will break it out into sugar. The more carbohydrate we eat, the higher blood sugar level we have in our body
when our blood sugar rise, our pancreas will create insulin which could cause diabetes if we got too much of it
