total perimeter would be 28 ft, Length would be 3 and Area is 33.
Area = 33
Length = 3
Total/Perimeter = 28

area=legnth times width
33=legnth times 3
divide both sides by 3
legnth=11
perimiter=2(L+W)
P=2(11+3)
P=2(14)
P=28
P=28ft
