There are 4 cups in a quart so 4 x 10 would be 40 cups. Hope i helped

10 quarts = 40 cups Explanation: Each quart is equal to 2 pints. So 10 multiplied by 2 is 20 pints. Each pint is equal to 2 cups. So 20 multiplied by 2 is 40.
