Multiply the following: (2x-7)(2+3)

If there were a variable in both binomials, you would have to foil. However, since there isn't, you can simplify the second binomial and distribute it then:

(2x+7)(2+3) \\ (2x+7)5 \\ 5(2x+7) \\ (5*2x)+(5*7) \\ 10x+35

The answer is 10x+35.
