ok so 75% eliminated in 1 hour
remaining is 100-75=25%

so the remaining amount is 25% of original amount after 1 hour

original amount=650
percent means parts out of 100
25%=25/100=1/4
'of' means multiply

25% of 650=
1/4 times 650=
162.5

162.5 mg
