From two fractions with same nominator the one is bigger, which has smaller denominator.
From two fractions with the same denominator the one is bigger, which has bigger nominator.

`(5)/(7)=(50)/(70)`

`(7)/(10)=(49)/(70)`
That means that
`(5)/(7)` is greater than
`(7)/(10)`

`(13)/(15)=(65)/(75)`

`(21)/(25)=(63)/(75)`
That means that
`(13)/(15)` is greater than
`(21)/(25)`
