2 x 1/4 + 3/4 please help meeeeeee

Answer:

5/4

Explanation:

First multiply 2 x 1/4

so you would do 2/1 x 1/4

and so that would give you 2/4

and then it would be 2/4 +3/4

and since they have the same denominator

add the numerator which will give you 5/4 or 1 1/4

= (2/4) + (3/4)
