area of any paralellogram=base times height
a. flip the paralaellogram 90 degrees and now 20 is the base
25 is height
20 times 25=500 in^2
b. 8 is height, 10 is base (keep in same position since we know height)
8 times 10=80mm^2
a. 500in^2
b. 80mm^2
